Convinced supporter of organic and biodynamic, he is now recognized as one of the pioneers of the French wine revival. Lilian Bérillon is also known for the book "the day when there will be no more wine" that he co-signs with the journalist Laure Gasparotto.

Henri Galinié worked at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in Tours. Professor in archeology at the University François-Rabelais Tours since 1992, he was director of theses for many PhD students in History.He now has the title of honorary research director and devotes himself to the history of the encépagement of Touraine and holds an ampelography blog.

She currently teaches in Tours focusing on "research on the impact of human activities on water and the integrated management of this resource." Her participation in European programs has fueled her interdisciplinary vision necessary to adapt to the impacts of climate change".

Hélène Nieuwoudt is a senior researcher at the Institute for Wine Biotechnology, Stellenbosch University, South Africa and conducted research on Chenin Blanc for the past 9 years. Over the years, 10 postgraduate students have been working in our group, and we investigated chemical, sensory and consumer aspects.
